Purchased items not restored!

I have bought the iPad app with all the expansion packs, but after I bought the iPhone app and tried to get the expansion packs restored it did not work. It looks like I have to buy them all over again. Not cool! Why not use the purchases across all devices I have? Its pretty normal with most developers. I hope you change that! Other than that the sound is amazing!
