Restore previous purchases issues. Beware

I love moog always have. My first synth in the 80s was a mini. I love this app too BUT beware there is an issue with buying the expansion packs!!!! I bought this app years ago when it first came out (big Moog fan) and every expansion pack as they came out. I bought them all. As phones and iPads come and go I would re download on new device and restore purchases from the "Store". On several occasions the packs would not Fully restore. Ive bought the Grateful Dead pack 3x now. Some packs always restore but many do not for some odd reason. According to support in the Moog website, go through the steps and re buy the packs, you wont be charged....Dont do this. I am always re charged. Again I was charged again. Funny because my iPad still had the pack that the app said I didnt own on it. Oh well. Ive spent too much on this app. I does sound Amazing, but Im done paying to re buy things Ive already bought. Also to get the 4track recorder to work you have to register Everytime you upgrade your device. Also Ive bought the midi expansion, obviously, but it ALWAYS makes me re buy that too. Not cool Moog. Not cool. Oh and I paid $29.00 for the app and a small app fortune buying and re buying the expansion packs. I see that the app is now .99¢. Well that makes me feel good haha
